"When you an entrepreneur you are in position to help a lot more people in a lot more situations than you can, being in a glass ceiling."
Many business owners will agree that building a legacy is a vital part of their strategy. It forms company ethos, helps build longterm profitability and impacts everything from community and customer behavior to industry and even culture.

Currently and for more than 20 years, Don co-owns and manages DON HARDIN GROUP, a construction management firm based in Nashville with and serving Fortune 500 clientele across the country as well as serving community-based organizations.
